“We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, modern apartment! It had everything we needed, including air conditioning, and was perfectly located just a short walk from the bus stop, making it super convenient to travel between Estepona and Marbella. While the beach nearby had some erosion, we still enjoyed a refreshing swim and took full advantage of the beautiful coastal walkway just steps away. The pool added a great holiday vibe, and although the entry code was a little temperamental at times, it didn’t take away from the experience. Overall we'd a lovely time. · Cons: The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, which we appreciated. However, there were a few aspects that made the stay less relaxing than we’d hoped. The nearby highway meant there was some traffic noise, especially during the night, and we found the beds could have been more comfortable. We also noticed a neighbour’s dog barking quite frequently, and when we moved our chairs upstairs, the resident below raised concerns, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Around the pool area, we didn’t find the residents friendly, which was a little disappointing. Overall, it didn't take away from the overall experience.”

The property is very well maintained. Everywhere was clean and well presented.

To be improved

Only draw back was the bathroom door doesn’t shut properly due to swelling on the frame from water. But this didn’t affect our stay at all.

Check out is 10am which is a little early. It should be pushed out to 11am. A toaster is listed as being available but it is not there.
