The staff were so lovely when I arrived and the facilities were great. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the lockers were good. Overall a lovely stay, I felt extremely safe and met some great people!

“Difficult to rate adequately. As an out and out hostel, probably deserves 8 or 9. Has all the hallmarks of a slightly run down townhouse and the room was average standard and obviously not been updated for several decades, but only 3 rooms shared a shower-toilet, so not bad. 3rd floor, no lift. small balcony where we were able to view some lively action in the street at 2 in the morning - but that had no affect on this rating. Also has usual bar and comfortable garden area in one part of the downstairs. There is parking available for approx 15 € a night in several nearby parking lots - large cars should take care, tight corners. Situated in the heart of town near all the sights. Not sure if the price reflects the standard. Our next hostel in Cartagena was more modern and 20€ cheaper. But maybe Tarragona is more expensive.”
