The best

everything was great, very nice owner of the apartment, was always friendly, kind and helpful, even helped to choose options for spending leisure time. everything is new, in good condition and very clean, I would only recommend installing a washing machine!

The best

Location near wonderful Catholic Churches with beautiful cribs for Christmas. The Old city is close and so is the Mercado and Ramblas. Fantastic Christmas atmosphere lined with stalls. We also liked the personal touch. Luca is a great host as he was in regular contact. He also called around to rectify an issue.

Luca is exceptional host! Never have we recived so much and so detailed information about the property it self, and all the questions we asked was answered in detail and in no time. Appartment is in great location. Not on the main street, but super close to it and close to market, what we loved.

To be improved

One night the upstairs neighbor was watching really loud TV untill late after midnight, but that was only one night untill like half 1 a night. So the soundproofing is not the best.

“First time feeling insecure in an apartment. And poor shower a major disappointment.”

Good location, just off Ramblas, close to Bus Station. Good communication from Luca, owner. Quiet apartment, comfortable bed. Welcome pack a nice touch.

To be improved

Entrance to property through pulled back metal gate was off putting. Access to building simply by pressing Apt buzzer, main door automatically opened, meaning anyone who did that, could access building. Lighting in hallways not working, had to use phone torch by night. Shower in apartment wasn’t working properly. Intermittent flow. Luca had two stories - water rationing (though none of my friends staying elsewhere had this) And previous guests had broken the tap. Either way, showering was very unsatisfactory. There were 3 means of getting into apartment. I only used one. But, as solo traveller, found option of 2 other remaining means of access, unsettling.
