The best

Room was lovely except for the location, so noisy outside! Secure parking available.

To be improved

The noise! Our room was right on the end of the building, and there were major roadworks going on outside. Beware, these will be there for some time.

“I always go to this hotel when I'm in the area”
The best

It's already the 4th time I sleep in this hotel, every time when I have to be at the university of Murcia, it's nearby and there is a very handy parking underneath the hotel. Price quality this place is really excellent and the staff is always very helpfull. The rooms, and definetely the bathrooms too, are very comfy. Now this last time I was stupid enough to forget my laptop charger in the room. But after a phone call with the reception it was quickly retrieved and they packed it so that it could be shipped to my home. Excellent help and service.

The price is OK, they have a convenient parking lot and a 24h reception

Rooms can be extemely noisy if your neighbour so much as talk loudly (happened to me). Aircon is from the 60s, extremely noisy and antiquated. To top it up I had an incredibly rude staff member question whether I had paid for breakfast (I had, and they had forgotten to write it down). All in all, I didn't expect an amazing stay - this is just a roadside motel - but it was worse than I thought.
