Great location, clean and good facilities (cooker, oven, washing machine and dishwasher).

To be improved

Whoever checked us in was curt, bordering on rude. He gave the briefest tour of the apartment. As I said previously the facilities were good,, except there were no instructions on how to operate them. Managed to figure out the cooker and washing machine but the dishwasher was a dead loss. Also the host didn’t confirm my requested check in time through Booking.com and didn’t reply to two follow-up messages I sent.

The best

The apartment was excellent. Bright, clean and comfortable and very close to visit locations, pubs and restaurants. It was directly across the road from the Roman Theatre

To be improved

Neither the host nor his key holder spoke English and this made written and oral communications difficult. It was not until the day before our arrival that we learned the arrangements for the key. There was no local information or recommendations provided and the external door lock proved difficult to master each time we entered the apartment block.

The best

Very fresh apartment. Seems newly renovated. Fully equipped, I can’t think of anything it was missing. It even had an electric kettle, sandwich grill and radio in the rooms. Located in a very quiet area, next to the roman theatre museum, but still a short walk away from the bustling old town city center. Parking Los Sitios is less than 10 minutes walk away and is about half the price of the other parking garages around the old town. There is also an El Corte Inglés shopping center nearby.
