To be improved

No warm water in the downstairs shower. • Missing electric kettle and coffee machine. • Dirty and non-functional jacuzzi on arrival • Dirty bed linen. • A toaster that was not working. • Lack of heating downstairs, making the property uncomfortably cold.

“Simple stay with potential”
The best

The apartment is spacious and proper for many people. Awesome cloth cabinet room :) Nice garden in the shadows of a great avocado tree and nice terrace. The washing machine is very useful.

To be improved

The apartment main door is not opening properly, making it difficult to bring inside luggages and objects. The apartments were rather dirty and with lots of dust and recipes of other previous visitors. For the first days we had no hot water in one kitchen and one toilet, an issue that was solved by ourselves with little support from the host. The pool outside did not even reach 18 degrees after 2 hours, besides it should have reached beyond 37 degrees in 30min. The television did not work after one day of rain :) The host replied always quickly, but with vague answers and it took almost 2 weeks to get the caution back after many calls.
