The smell from the drainage in the shower off the twin bedroom was extremely bad and this problem should be addressed and solved as it is definitely a turn off. We sometimes had to juggle the key in the lock to get into the main entrance of the building which made us a bit nervous especially at night.

The major issue with this, otherwise lovely, property is that there were constant humming and electrical sounds from heavy duty machinery at night (audible in both bedrooms), which made sleep for two members of our party of three quite difficult. The plant type machinery would cut in and out at erratic junctures every couple of seconds and the sounds and vibrations were quite disruptive. Unclear where it was coming from (it was not related to the apartment’s air conditioning or heating system which we did not use) but possibly from the adjacent car park or supermarket. If you are a deep sleeper or prepared to use high quality ear earplugs it should be fine but if you are a light sleeper this may be problematic.
