“Wonderful apartment in a lovely location. Excellent value for money.”

The best

Spacious and tranquil apartment. Very centrally located, within easy walking distance of La Latina / Palacio Real areas and also 15 minutes on foot from nearby metro stop (Puerta del Ángel). Well appointed, comfortable, tastefully decorated, great shower. Plenty of lovely bars and restaurants in immediate vicinity. Bedroom area (bed was wonderfully comfortable) is in a mezzanine with rather steep steps. We had no problem with this but maybe not the best choice for anyone unsure on their feet. It was excellent value for money and communication with the intermediary was efficient. Highly recommendable, with the one small caveat above. If we were to return to Madrid (which we would love to do; it’s wonderful), we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. We are two pretty fit and healthy people in our early-60s.
