“Exceptional”

The best

The place was amazing, quiet and clean. The location is perfect to explore the island, especially if you need to rely on the bus as it's only 5-10 min away waking. The Charco is also 4 min away, where restaurants and bars are. The mattress was extremely comfortable, I have back issues and it was really a pleasure to sleep there! The communication with the host and the check in were fast and smooth. I can't recommend it enough!

“Beautiful and perfect location”

The best

The property was beautiful, it was walking distance from anything we needed/wanted in Arrecife. The host was lovely, very welcoming and available whenever we had any concerns or issues, cannot recommend the property enough.

To be improved

The property could have done with a bit of a deeper clean, it wasn't anything unsettling just in the corners.

“Cockroach everywhere see pics”

The property is full of vermin cockroaches!🤮 Super shocked about the hygiene and I don’t think Booking should list such unclean housing. I’m afraid of taking back the cockroaches or their eggs to my house from the bags, clothes and food as they were in the property everywhere, especially during the eve! Have to disinfect all the stuff when I was back to home. I’ve submitted all attached proof pics to booking and am asking for compensation now.
