Lack of pans and pots, especially small ones. Window locks are broken - the windows and the balcony door do not close tightly. Absence of tea, coffee, salt, sugar. A sagging plank on the balcony floor.

We stayed for five nights (two adults, one 2 yr old), we have family living in the same block and visit regularly usually staying in another apt in the building. We ourselves are hosts on rental properties with Airbnb. Few small issues with the apartment: There were ants in the kitchen, sewer smell particularly bad in one bathroom all the time, kitchen could have done with few extra bits and pieces i.e. one bowl available. Balcony doors had no locks. Very bad experience before arrival in communication with the Tendency Apartment contact for the apartment. The entry to the apt was keyless done by an app with key code which we recieved from the Tendency host when the payment was taken for our stay, five days before we travelled. The night before, Tendency made contact looking for photographs of our card used for payment, even though the money was taken by them four days previously and they had the information. We were hesitant especially with fraud in todays climate, it just seemed odd so before sending it I asked why. I got a very sharp reply saying if I didn't send it our reservation would be cancelled and then I got a notification from the keyless App saying they deactivated the key code for entry. Leaving me with no access to the apt, all the money for a five night stay paid, which was €2010. It just felt like a threat, and to deactivate the code was just pressure put on us to send the picture of the card. It was a very nasty thing to do. I replied, telling them I was being cautious with fraud and their tone and attitude was distressing, and we due to travel the following morning, myself, my mother and my two year old. I didn't get a communication from them until the afternoon the following day just before I boarded my second flight from another person for Tendency Apts and the issue was resolved. Due to the fact that we had family living there, we knew the building/area very well it was an advantage.
