The best

The property itself (the apartment) was lovely. Good spot, not too central but good value for money, and the apartment was clean and tidy and exactly as the pictures described.

To be improved

The lift was broken, emailed the property numerous times afterwards regarding this as it resulted in lifting 5 suitcases up 4 flights of stairs and down and ultimately a parking ticket because of having to do so. Did not hear anything back despite numerous attempts to contact. Really poor customer service.
