The best

Brilliant property, close to most amenities, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, the centre of Barcelona is only a 15 minute walk, and there are also plenty of groceries shops nearby also.

To be improved

Getting access to the property was a bit tedious as you need to go into the office in order to pay City tax, then they provide you with the access key etc.

“A really nice journey”
The best

The location is perfect, it’s in the perfect area, away from the city caos but a 10 min walk from everything. The apartment is really nice, not quite like the pictures but very nice. Everything was quite clean except for the bathroom and they gave us many amenities, which was amazing and totally unexpected.

The bathroom smells, it was written in the reviews so we expected it, it wasn’t the cleanest but it was quite clean. The kitchen was not clean at all, dishes weren’t washed and they had hair in them. Had some issues with the keys

“Good location - but bad service and check in experience”
The best

Great location, and flat was very clean. Very close to transport and the main sites of Barcelona.

To be improved

The system to get into the flag is not great, the app that's used as a key is very buggy and also allows us to get locked out. The emergency number provided was responsive and good but please find a new system to get people into the flat. The added fees of city tax was a big surprise for us. This should be included in the overall price of the flat rather than an unexpected charge after we arrived. Didn't feel transparent at all There was also a stink of sewage in the master bedroom, please sort this out my parents were complaining the whole time!
