Tendency Apartments Miro 8

Bedrooms is totally another story. It almost feels like an afterthought. The bedrooms are ver, VERY small. The bathroom is bigger than the bedroom, i am not exaggerating here one of the bedrooms was ridiculously small. Also there is no AC in the bedrooms, there is AC in the kitchen, living room and not in the bedrooms, there isn't one. The large bedroom has a fan but no AC the small has nothing. The windows from large bedroom are into a very small, very smelly courtyard, keeping them open for fresh air is a toss up between fresh air and smelly air. The other smaller bedroom is worse off, the window there is into courtyard well and that is not the small you want to smell

One of the rooms is an interior room, with a window/door into a pocket of the building which has sewage pipes. The room reeked of sewage smell - the property was not helpful; there was one time that they reacted (with a person coming over and spraying air freshener which resulted in a noxious mix of smells of sewage and chemicals). For the other nights, I was getting desperate as the room was unbearable (my clothes still reek of sewage after dry cleaning) however the property ignored all of my calls and messages (and I have plenty of record). Booking.com was also not helpful. The property is also not well kept re amenities. My friend and I booked a Thurs-Mon stay and we received ONE toilet roll to share for two people for the entire time. What a joke! Avoid this apartment!!!!

The staff was terrible- I called and messaged and emailed them 4 times each and finally spoke to 2 different staff who assured me they would come right over to bring the missing toaster, pillows, toilet paper etc but never came! AC only in living room and not in bedrooms! Also although it does have 2 bathrooms there was only 1 toilet which they should have listed! We rented 3 other apartments traveling in France and Spain and this was the most expensive by far and very disappointing way to end our trip!

Not much not to like! Only 2 wine glasses. The apartment was a little tricky to find because it's called Miro 8, you think it's apart 8. But actually it's on the first floor called principal, and it's 3a. But when we called the contact they were very helpful. They sent over some pics which would be great to have in the check in instructions. We selected the apartment also two have 2 bathrooms. But just to note, only 1 has a toilet in it.
