“A lovely apartment and we would stay there again as long as the key pick up was changed.”

The key app for getting in and out of the apartment needs to be improved and there needs to be a backup available to renters. We wasted an afternoon trying to get into the apartment because the diagram on the app was incorrect and the agent we spoke to didn't advise us properly on how to open the door. When there was the power outage we could not get into the apartment.

The location was great, it was clean and comfortable

To be improved

The street noise makes it difficult to sleep. Being next door to a hostel meant people at all hours on the street smoking pot and partying. One of the showers doesn’t have a proper door, it soaks the floor when you shower The apartment was advertised as having parking, however it does not We waited over an hour on the street to have someone come open the door because we did not receive instructions on how to enter via email

We loved this apartment! The mix of the old building with the updated apartment was perfection. It was close to everything. Beds were comfortable for our family of 6. We really enjoyed staying there. Thanks so much for having us!
