Tenderia apartment by People Rentals

Didn’t appear to be well looked after. Not particularly comfortable. Not a proper double bed and was up against the wall so person on inside of bed had to climb over the other to go bathroom or to get up. Toaster didn’t work. Wifi didn’t work and no response when asked for help with it! Flat cool, needed heating. Shower rail broken. expensive for what was offered.

Front door didn’t fully open & stairs to apartment were awkward. The bed had difficult access because it was against a wall.

to find something - the bed was a little soft! that is being picky!

It was a pretty souless service from the hosts - minimal information provided, slow to respond - office hours seem limited; no sense of being welcomed. You are expected to bring tea towel, salt, pepper, oil for cooking, plus soap, shampoo and shower gel etc (v small amount provided). Part of the flat is under the communal stairs so you hear every footstep on the stairs as well as from the flat above...as well as the noise of water flowing & pipes everytime they used water - for showers or cooking maybe?
