Very nice and clean apartment.

Complimentary bottle of champagne, it was clean and comfortable. Good parking space.

This property is exceptional. Well quipped. Very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic pool also spotless. Plenty of sun beds. Cami was really helpful. The apartment was a little further out than we were expecting. It was only a short walk for a couple of restaurants a bit further for more. The supermarket is just up the hill on the right. A car would be helpful although taxis were cheap. All in all I’d highly recommend this property.

We were delayed by a couple of hours due to the flight being late but Camibotezan ( Cami) was waiting for us at the apartment to handover the keys and explain about parking despite the very late hour of our arrival. We were able to contact her via Whatsapp and she responded quickly, when asked if we could have a fan for the bedrooms, the air con was only in the living area, she responded and brought us 2 standing fans the next day. The apartment was perfect in size, 2 bedrooms both with a double bed, I have to admit I found the mattress a bit too hard for my liking but soon remedied it by folding an extra duvet and putting that on top of the mattress and under the sheet, problem solved! 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower over it and the other with a rainfall shower head and a movable one, perfect. Kitchen had all you would need for self catering and some essentials, sugar, t-bags, which we used till we got our own. The pool is lovely, not heated but unnecessary for the temperature as was lovely to cool down in. The apartments in the complex are used for both holiday lets and residential use, the cleaners and pool man were extremely efficient and the complex was cleaned and washed down every day. As our flight was in the evening and check out was 11am we enquired if we could stay a few extra hours, as there was no one due in to the apartment that day Cami said it was ok to stay on, there was no extra charge incurred so thank you again Cami. The location is within walking distance of some lovely restaurants, although we did hire a car as wanted to drive up into the mountains which incidentally was a scary as well as an unforgetable experience, hope you get to see the family of black pigs trotting up the road! The Rocanegro sunset bar has great views for sunsets and the food is really nice too, we had a sharing meat and cheese board and some local goat cheese washed down with delicious cocktails. All in all a marvellous holiday in Tenerife
