The location is fantastic and the rooms are bright. The staff were lovely.

To be improved

Could use a floor fan as the ceiling fan doesn’t do much, I would have liked to book a dorm room but was put off by there being no curtains on them or an option for female only accommodation. I booked expecting to be able to use the roof deck as advertised but it wasn’t open for guests 🥲

Nice toilet and bath facilities. The staff was flexible with me changing my bed.

To be improved

Low comfort in the beds as well as not really cleaned when I arrived. Also, the reception hours communicated was not true, as when I arrived no one was in the reception (first two hours later). Thus, I had to leave my stuff in the reception unwatched as I needed to be on a scheduled trip. It was really unprofessional and not fair to the customers.
