Tenerife Los Cristianos Dinastia Complex

Apartment was a nice size and had everything in it but did smell very musty when you walked in and we needed to keep balcony open all the time to take musty smell away Only had one key for gates which was an absolute nightmare could not get to and from pool without it and if me and my husband went down separately or if one of us wanted to go out of complex only having one key was a nightmare as you sometimes needed a key to get back into complex as well. Messaged owner who said there should be a lifeguard on duty who could let us in and out - no lifeguard the whole time we was there for a week. Also was told you could get to pool through bar on complex again this was incorrect as this door was never open and you needed key to get to pool through bar. Complex was lovely pool was beautiful and nice and warm but only having one key for gates did ruin holiday and our days by pool as for several days we just sat by bar near gate so we could let each other in and out which wasn’t really the nicest place to sit as there were smokers nearby and it was noisy there to.

Location is a little walk from beach and up hill, ok for us but not for small children/older people.

Could do with freshening up, bigger shower would be great and a table as apartment looks a bit empty and basic.
