“Stay away from this house, check other rooms/apartments within the Finca San Juan”

The Finca San Juan (where the Casa Lanzarote is located) is very nice. Great location, clean swimming pool and good breakfast.

To be improved

All the rest. The Casa Lanzarote is a small prefabricated house that has seen better days. Not well maintained (broken mosquito nets, loose toilet seat, dusty carpet, etc), the kitchen needed a clean-up by ourselves, the patio needs a renovation, the wifi does NOT work and nothing is done to improve it, no room service even staying for 8 nights, smelly interiors... the list could continue. The Casa Lanzarote is no place to feel comfortable. Other rooms/apartments within the Finca San Juan looked much better. As good as the breakfast is, I do not recommend having dinner in the Restaurant. The tapas are terrible. There is no reception and nobody from the Ocean Rentals in the facility. The couple running the Restaurant lack any kind of hospitality needed to compensate this.
