The best

Unfortunately transport was a problem. You MUST have a car to stay. The owner was unaware of my booking and whilst a family member came to the rescue I am owed for nights back. The owner has not responded to repeated requests for a refund and booking.com seem to have no motivation to assist with a refund.

Cannot comment as we never got to stay there due to incorrect address either provided by the host or booking.com. Had to pay 270 euros at 9.00pm at night for an alternative and we're badly compensated by booking.com of the sum of £16 . We couldn't speak to anyone regarding the on the night in question but did however proceed to book the alternative (which was the only accommodation availanle) on the 26th December 24.

There is no provided information regarding access to the pool/gym. It appears that the pool and gym are included merely to entice bookings.

He had a bed to sleep in the south of Tenerife

To be improved

We couldn't use the pool. I asked to see if we could come by during the afternoon but the owner said not before 5 pm and was quite unwelcoming in his tone. I will never go there again.
