This is a UNIQUE opportunity to stay in a classic, vintage Mercedes van. If you’re prepared for such a simplistic experience, which includes driving a nearly 40 year old van (which can be super fun and exciting but do not think it’ll be like driving your little car back home - it’s not) then you’re in for a treat. Miguel is EXCELLENT in communicating. He makes everything so simple. Very nice person who will help you get on your way (don’t forget to ask him for camping recommendations as he knows the best places on the island) the van is also surprisingly well equipped. Mains power to charge your devices as well as plenty of usb ports. Bluetooth speakers, fridge, and a great wee shower with an electric pump so it’s strong enough for you to rinse yourself. A lot of storage. And obviously cooking facilities too. It is a really cool experience. If you manage your expectations.
