Hotel was really nice. Staff were friendly for the most part. Unlimited brunch could have done with the food being kept warmer as sometimes it was cold. Air conditioning not working in the room and when asked about this I was told "its just not working sorry" WiFi could have done with being a bit faster speeds and TV didn't want to connect to amazon prime for casting but worked with YouTube no issues. Overall though a nice hotel woth nice rooms and generally friendly and helpful staff.

A dead bird landed on my towel, I asked for a clean towel and was asked to pay for this, I refused as I had already put £40 deposit for 2 towels. Eventually a towel was slammed on the counter with muttering of words in Spanish. Julian, however was very polite and professional, he did say it was company policy to charge for a clean towel, but considering the reason I was returning it I would have expected a better service..

Nice place, room adequate with nice big shower and clean. Breakfast/brunch good enough choice although only warm. Great location to beach, shops, restaurants. Surrounding area very busy/noisy and hotel is on a very steep hill! Found it ok for the price. Some of the reviews on here not sure what all the fuss is about!

Probably up there with the worst experience I’ve had. My wallet was stolen on the first night - staff refused to check the cctv (begs the question weather or not they took it themselves.. Incredibly un hospitable staff. (Very dismissive and un helpful.) Food always cold without fale Air conditioning was so loud you can’t sleep.

It was just what we wanted for a short get away- its cleanliness and beach location was the biggest bonus for us. We could always find a lounger and parasol around the pool after we ate our breakfast (9:30-10:00ish). As a coeliac I did not eat the breakfast here but my friend with no allergies recommended you stick to the pastries. The biggest downside, which made me glad we were only staying for a short amount of time here, was the noise at night. We woke up multiple times throughout our stay due to the street noise and noise of hotel guests returning from a night out. Which is not really the hotels fault I guess. But overall it did the job. A extra bonus for me as a coeliac- there a plenty places to eat in the centre that are gluten free- I really recommend ‘Restaurant Del Sol’.
