Location is too far out, with not much to see or do, not ideal for an active family. The rooms are quite small. The lift was out of action, which required us to use another lift that only went to the 1st floor. The steps from 1st to ground floor has no lighting, quite dangerous carrying heavy luggage.

I stayed for a weekend with my daughter, although the hotel isn't advertised as a family hotel and recommends adults and over 15s my 13 year old was very happy, the staff were very nice to us both and the bar man even created a mocktail to enjoy by the pool. It was clean and quiet inside despite a dirty mark on the toilet when I first arrived they were quick to rectify this. The location is perfect, close to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops. Out of all the brunch on offer I preferred the continental offering. I was worried about Walking the 10 minutes late at night to catch my transfer back to the airport and the kind security guard walked me and my daughter to where I needed to be just out of kindness. So if you are reading this... muchas gracias to you. I'd definitely stay again but maybe solo or with other adults as there wasn't much for my daughter to do. But overall a very nice weekend and very good value for money

Nicely refurbished hotel. We stayed in room 125 - very noisy. Woken up every morning at 3am with street noise. We stayed 3 nights. No maid service, no towel change, no beds made. Pool area nice. Unlimited brunch nice - catered for my gluten allergy with bread and muffins. Wouldn't stay here again purely because of the noise but if you are a deep sleeper and happy with lots of noise it is a good location.

Whole property is very pretty designed and breakfast is very good.

Room and hotel was clean and welcoming. Location is amazing and facilities available in the hotel were a bonus. Breakfast was average as hot items were not actually hot but the fact it’s available until early afternoon is good.

A lovely hotel, very good location, right in the Center and the bus station is a 5 minute walk, the beach is close by and you’re right on the doorstep of the nightlife. I highly recommend
