Everything about the property was spotless staff were always smiling and friendly and where very helpful whenever you needed anything the hotels rooms where comfortable and cool and cleaned daily brunch was a nice selection too and close to the beach and restaurants which was a bonus

“Great location and totally enough if you just wanna sleep in the hotel .”

Great location, away from all the night clubs and loud noises. Very close to the beach . Nice breakfast . Good value for money 😇

To be improved

The walls are thin and you can hear the other guests. The room was big enough and beds were ok . AC was pretty strong though and we couldn’t change the temperature to make it less cold . Also the doors at the bathroom didn’t not close well and fully to the bathroom and to 1 bedroom.

Refurbished hotel which is on the edge of town so in a fairly quiet location. Rooms are a good size with a living area, balconies and kitchenette. Fridge, microwave and kettle in the kitchen Breakfast was pretty good, fried food a bit mixed, pastries were fresh. Coffee is good. Served until 1pm which is a bonus after a night out. The pool area is clean and plenty of beds when we were there.

To be improved

There really isn't a view if you are not on the 'mountain side'. We were on the first floor and could see the back of a building and the car park. Check in process is a bit of a faff as it's via self serve terminals, fill in every box before you get given your room card. Didn't bother us but although there is a kitchen there is not a single item of crockery or cutlery. Seems a bit pointless having a microwave and kettle. You could 'borrow' from the breakfast area I guess.

“Overall, we had a clean and comfortable stay and would come back again!”

The best

We stayed in Magaluf for 7 days and this hotel was a perfect fit! The location is very good, close to the beach, restaurants and bars (5 minutes or less on foot). It is situated around 20 minutes of drive from Palma. The brunch was amazing, and offered different variations of food every day.

To be improved

We wish we had some cups in the hotel room, as it’s already equipped with a kitchen and a kettle. The hotel does not offer parking, although you can find a lot of free parking spaces in the street.
