Location and pool area were fabulous

To be improved

Room cleanliness was poor, bath really soiled and toilet seat, ants on floor maid didn’t clean room or deliver fresh towels. Breakfast was exactly the same daily and cold

Rooms could be a bit bigger. Having a running treadmill at the gym would be great. All in all great experience as the brunch approach is a really good option

I wouldn’t stay here again. There are no fridges in the room so you cannot have a cold drink. The TV didn’t work at all. The bathroom flooded every time I had a shower. The food at brunch is very cold. When I arrived at the hotel to check in there were 2 members of staff at the desk and I was told to use the self-check in machine. There were a lot of people queuing to use the machines and the staff were just sat behind the desk. When I explained I would be paying in cash (no option to do so on the machine) they said I still needed to use it. So I queued for the machine, entered all my details then it asked me to pay by card. I had to call the staff back over and they said oh you have to come to the desk! They were very reluctant to help anyone. There was a day I couldn’t lay by the pool as everyone had reserved the sun beds with their towels.
