We stayed at this condo as a group of six and were extremely disappointed with the experience. First, there was no hot water for the first several days of our stay. Although someone eventually came to fix it, it took multiple days and involved several disruptions to our time at the apartment — far from the relaxing stay we had hoped for. Worse still, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The sensor was broken, and it stopped working once a certain temperature was reached. With the unbearable heat in Seville, this was absolutely unacceptable. Despite contacting the hosts about the issue, there was no attempt to address or rectify it. We also sent a follow-up email to share our concerns, but it was ignored — no response, no apology, no compensation. The heat and lack of basic comfort made the apartment an unhealthy place to stay, and we ultimately had to cut our trip short and leave the apartment early. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had, and we cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially during warmer months.

Too hot aircon did not really do anything and opening windows was too noisy. Also now plug for the kitchen sink which means we could not wash dishes.

The location is perfect for all attractions, rooftop area was a bonus and balcony’s as it was Semama Santa when we were there great spot to watch local processions
