Teresita Mogamar Beachfront

Family 2 adults, 6 year old and 3 year old. Was perfect, playground and place to get coffee early at rear. Can sit on the balcony in the day with a few drinks and you’re right at the heart of everything, 20 seconds from beach. Couple of minute walk into arena. Couldn’t have been better. Apartment comfortable with all the amenities.

Location, Location, Location! An amazing modern apartment with everything you need plus much more. A huge bonus was the underground garage parking space. As soon as we were shown into this second floor apartment, we were greeted by views of the sea. This truly is a beachfront property. The main bedroom and lounge both have doors that open out on to a substantial balcony with sun loungers and outside dining area. Here you could watch the day unfold including the morning outdoor yoga sessions on the beach. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, a mix of lighting and a large smart tv, which all added to the feeling of homeliness. The bedrooms each had a large bed with a mix of pillows and the best wardrobe space complete with hangers I have ever come across in a holiday apartment. The bathroom was also a great bonus with plenty of storage space and a large rain shower. All this and a fully equipped kitchen. Although just a few steps from the many eateries and quality shops, we were not disturbed at all. Our hosts left us a very generous welcome back and the property was immaculate. We really hope to visit again in the future.

The apartment is in a great location with an amazing view of the beach and the bay. It is of a very hight standard and very well equipped. We used the washer/dryer several times but didn't need to use the dishwasher. Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms works great, shower is great and beds very comfortable. There were spare batteries for the remote controls for the awnings which was a nice touch as we did need to change them.

The view was spectacular, location couldnt't have been better, and Victor, our host was delightful.
