Friendly staf at reception, upgraded our family room to a suite. Very nice. swimming pool, very nice staff, great breakfast!

To be improved

Bit inflexibel in terms of dining facilities. The room service menu cannot be served in the restaurant. The dining card is quite fancy but if you just want a burger or steak you are basically sent to your room. Similarly, the snacks cannot be served on the terrace of the cafetaria, only inside. More flexibility here will definitily boost revenues.

The best

The courtyard was a wonderful surprise – incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The staff was also excellent – warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

To be improved

The breakfast was disappointing. It offered few healthy options and very little in terms of fresh vegetables, which made it difficult for someone like me who prefers a nutritious start to the day. The large entrance area and the space around the bar also felt somewhat empty and underfurnished. These details took away from the overall impression of the place as a relaxing spa retreat.

Was informed by the bar staff that the kitchen closes at 21:00 even though it was 20:45 - he didn’t want to bother them 🤔
