Nicely decorated Spacious Clean Comfortable Quiet Good communication Excellent location- just a minute walk from the main street of teror Free parking within a couple of minutes (st the bus station)

The staff was very nice.

To be improved

The room with two doors was very noisy, and the doors were hard to close. The balcony door was completely broken and could not be closed. All three doors urgently need to be repaired, as guests cannot sleep in the room due to the cold.

The best

It was close to the centre, just around the corner to HiperDino, bus stop and taxi parking literally next to the building. Finca de Osorio (leisure natural park) within walking distance (if you like walking like me). Bus to Las Palmas Every 30 minutes, nice. Alicia the host was super nice and helpful, we even prolonged the stay as we loved the app and its location.

To be improved

It was a bit dark as only two rooms had natural light windows. I would love to have an oven and a washing machine but their absence was known to us when booking - so no problem just my preference :)
