Terrace apartment with direct view to Sagrada Familia

The place was not cleaned well, a lot of dust and very very dusty air conditioning. Foully smelling bathroom.

Worst stay I ever had! 1) The apartment is advertised with air conditioning. It’s a two bedroom apartment and only one bedroom has a/c. The room without a/c was extremely hot. The couple that stayed the first night there, decided to leave and move to a hotel. 2) There is renovation work in the building and a LOT of noise. You can only sleep with earplugs. 3) I brought these two issues to SH Apartments, the managers of this property, to request a partial refund. SH claims that the apartment has a/c and that they are not responsible for informing about the noise. I believe both claims are false. 4) Finally, the checkin process was very complicated. They send you mails with links that don’t work and you check in into a page that is filled with programming errors. A lot of wasted time.
