Great terrace view. Apartment is ok, but has few issues.

To be improved

Weak cooker power. Wifi issues (no one helped). Dead cockroaches in the cabinets, on high shelves, you can see that no one cleans there. Unnecessary items in cabinets such as DVDs, books, rubbish, falling tiles in the bathroom. Dirty sofa cover. Dirty, greasy kitchen blind.

To be improved

Very dated apartment but it is being done up in May. The hill is a nightmare. No wifi for 2 weeks which was not good as we required it for work but they did compensate us and gave us a mifi. No cleaning product for general cleaning so had to buy own. As this is a residential complex mainly lots of owners doing building work so hammers and drills going not a big deal but would be if you are only there short term. Management company responsive and did their best.

Spacious apartment. Really comfy bed. Great view and gorgeous balcony. Well equipped kitchen.

“Studio apartment with walking distance to shops and beach”

The best

Rather quiet location with walking distance to shops (10 min) and beaches (nearest 15 min). Balcony of a good size with sunbeds , table and chairs, Nice view of the area. The internet is fast.

To be improved

Rather difficult to complete host registration electronic format, resulting in some "noise". House number entrance and location provided by host was inaccurate A dishwasher would have been appreciated in the studio. Dining chairs were uncomfortable The studio apartment is ready for some refurbishment such as paint in bathroom roof (fungus) and paint on balcony railing (loose/missing)
