There is a Bar nearby with loud people on the street. No issue in the apartment, but can be annoying when on the balcony. The apartment right downstairs is being renovated - be aware of construction noise!!! The Air condition in the bedroom made a loud sound the whole night, even when switched off. Sleeping was difficult. They could not fix it on the next day and the Air condition was disconnected which was OK to sleep peacefully, but room was very warm then. Despite that issues, the owner did not want to compensate me financially for this. One argument was, that we incorrectly used the AC and the balcony door was open too long. Unclear how he wants to know this??? Balcony doors were closed all the time because of the mosquitos.

Central location. High quality apartment with all facilities. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Would like to return someday. Our host made us most welcome and was friendly and helpful.
