The best

The apartment is in an ideal position, with excellent views from the very pleasant balcony. It's in a slightly quieter part of the promenade, set back from the main route. There's a handy chiringuito just across the road on the beach. It's an asset to have private parking on site; even though on weekdays you could park just outside, on busy days spaces are at a premium. There's plenty of room inside, air conditioning (although I didn't need it) and a good motor blind. Comfortable seating, a decent kitchen. There's a concierge downstairs, and a good lift. For the price it's impressive.

To be improved

I was a bit surprised to have no wi-fi, although I was OK tethering via my phone (there's a strong 5G signal).
