Great place to stay, not expensive but certainly not 2 star. Central to everything.

We had a lovely time at this hotel, on arrival we were greeted by a friendly man who allowed us to check in and go to our room a few minutes early. Take some euro coins to pay the local tax 0.15cents per person per night. The rooms are massive double balcony and large bathroom. Clean towels every other day, bedding changed 1/2 way through the week. Cleaning was spot on no complaints even in the communal areas. Pool was warm and no issues getting a bed. We opted for the breakfast option down at Bongs bar, initially I was nervous after reading a review after I had already booked. My nerves were smoothed over on the first morning when we were greeted by a very welcoming Mr Bong. There is a limited selection of hot and cold savoury food, including sausages bacon beans and fried eggs. Ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber and fresh sliced bread to make toast. Every day there was a fresh fruit option. Fresh coffee and a kettle to make tea . Fruit juice. No cereals or pastries but I think this is due to reducing waste. If you want cereal maybe have this in the room before you come down. My only issue that could easily be rectified is a cover on the hot food to keep it warm, its served over a hot water bath which is not good without a lid/cover. Even as a vegetarian I was able to enjoy breakfast every day. Breakfast was served 9am to 10am. WiFi was a bit hit and miss but we spoke to reception and it was sorted. Couldn't find the washing machine which would have been handy to get the washing done before coming home, but not a big drama. The road to amadores beach was easy to find. We used the local bus to explore further which was OK, downside if you haven't been before it doesn't have a screen on the bus letting you know which stops are coming up, we missed our stop and ended up getting off the next one which led us to a beach road with chickens on which was an interesting sight. We hired a car from hotel reception which turned up on time and didn't cost a fortune.

Booked these apartments as a cheap break away, couldn’t fault them for value for money. They are exceptionally clean and although a little outdated the apartment was huge and well equipped with a large balcony with table and chairs and 2 loungers. No air con but not really needed, had a high floor so just leave the patio doors open. No problem getting a sun bed at any time of day. Spar shop onsite, we arrived about 9 pm and this was closed so unable to get any shopping but apartments provide 1.5 litre of water in fridge which was good. Close to beach and able to walk in to Puerto Rico or 6 euros in a taxi. The reception lady was lovely and we were able to use shower room as we had late flight out. We had a lovely time and I would absolutely return for location and value for money.

Bong is a absolute legend food amazing and drinks very good price bong made my holiday kareoke was well fun rooms are good for price and pool is nice

I booked this hotel through loveholidays because of the price and distance to the beach and as a solo traveller I need to feel safe and have private space. My original apartment was on the level of the pool with no balcony and although I knew that this would be a possibility I did ask to change to a more secure apartment with a balcony and the staff were amazing at helping me get this. I couldn’t be more grateful as it made the holiday so much more special. The Spar shop was extremely convenient and the bathroom and kitchen kitchen balcony, bedroom and lounge were all exactly as I expected for the cost. The rooms were clean and I paid €15 for a fan for the room as there was no air-conditioning. Booked a slot to use the shower on my last day so that I could spend it on the beach as my flight was late.

Room was good, pool area and bar good(Bong is great). All as expected as been here before.
