“Fabulous stay in Alicante”
The best

Carmen was an excellent host who went out of her way to help us with recommendations etc. The location was great, within walking distance of everything. The flat was clean comfortable and equipped with everything we needed.

To be improved

There are a lot of renovations going on in the flats opposite which could be noisy when we were having breakfast on the balcony and the street on the side of the main bedroom was a little bit noisy at night.

Carmen and her son were very helpful on check in, will stay here again! Food, bars, supermarkets on the doorstep! Postiguet beach is a 5/10 min walk from this place!

“Disappointing due to being robbed. Ruined our holiday”

The host gave the keys to a stranger who entered the property ahead of us and stole money. She did not verify who he was.

To be improved

Lack of wine glasses and cutlery. Plugged the toaster in and it blew the electrics. Too many plugs plugged into one socket - potentially dangerous. Wi fi was not working when we arrived but the host did come out a day later to fix. I believed I was renting the entire apartment by the other bedrooms were locked. The advertisement on booking. com is misleading. When we were robbed the host did not accompany us to the police station or take any responsibility. I have asked for compensation and she refused. Very unsatisfactory.

Communication with host Carmen was very clear and prompt! She responded to all my queries. Great location! Close to all main attractions and the view of the castle and sea were amazing! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
