I recently stayed at this beautiful villa in Alhaurín de la Torre with a group of friends, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The villa is located in a prime spot with three convenient parking spaces and stunning views of the mountains, the sea, and the city lights of Málaga below. The area is quiet, with neighbors at a comfortable distance, and the town itself is charming, complete with roundabouts that are like pieces of art, a few shops, restaurants, and delicious churros available in the morning.
The villa itself is spacious, clean, and exceptionally well-equipped. With multiple bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ area, a beautiful pool, basketball court, table tennis, and even bikes, it had everything we needed. The garden was well-maintained, with a gardener visiting twice a week to ensure everything looked perfect, but he was respectful and never made us feel uncomfortable. The outdoor spaces and pool offered plenty of room to relax and enjoy the incredible surroundings.
We had breathtaking views over Málaga, especially at night when the city lights made for a spectacular sight. The villa owner was fantastic, greeting us on arrival to explain everything and checking in as needed, without being intrusive.
Though Málaga has a lot to offer—such as the Alcazaba, the cathedral, Gibralfaro Castle, and nearby attractions like Ronda or the Caminito del Rey—the villa was so perfect that staying in felt like its own experience. We enjoyed spending our days exploring Andalucía and our evenings unwinding at the villa.
I’d highly recommend this villa to travelers looking for a balance of relaxation and adventure. It’s perfect as a destination on its own or as a central base for day trips. I would absolutely stay here again if I have the chance!
