TESS Villa Retamar

Absolutely nothing. There was nowhere to put the garbage we weren't told where to put it. The noise was terrible, dogs barking all day and night and construction 🚧 works going on through out the day. The kitchen pots and pans were filthy and had food burned on them the pans also the cutlery which we couldn't use. The cleanliness of the property was also terrible. Stains on the sheets and blankets and duvet and beds and floors were also dirty therefore we had to clean the property from top to bottom plus we had to buy cleaning products. The beds were so uncomfortable and noisy. The sun loungers were also terrible the cushions were stained with dirt and filth and bird shit and dumped back into the cupboard with a dirty washing machine which had hairs. We couldn't sunbath because the sub renters were looking at our family we felt very uncomfortable. We couldn't use the living room because the couches were covered over to hide the dirt. There wasn't enough sockets through out the property there could be more. The towels were over used and old with stains holes in them . The supermarket as we were informed was not close and the beach was also not close to us as stated in the add and the cost of taxis were terrible very expensive. I will never stay in TESS homes or any of there properties again. Before we left we bought cleaning products and cleaned the whole property before we left. I'm now requesting a full refund it wasn't a relaxing holiday it was a nightmare.

The property was overall clean, well maintained and comfortable. The property managers were very responsive and always helpful.
