Their "Online Digital check-in" is really painful and takes too much time. You cannot avoid it because it's the only solution to get the keybox codes. No kitchenette or even shared space to get breakfast/meals.

“A great location and perfect as long as it doesn't rain heavily!”

Superb location with amazing views. Free car park nearby, just a few minutes walk away, with a loading/unloading area very close.

To be improved

Room was a bit smaller than expected. The reason for a 6 rather than an 8? Our main complaint was specific to our room, Room Number 1. We were unlucky in that it rained overnight otherwise we wouldn't have had the problem. Rain drips from the roof above directly onto a street light outside the bedroom window. Sleep was hard to come by because of Chinese water torture! There is nobody to contact during the night and when I did complain, even sending a video I took during the night which clearly illustrated the problem, nothing was done. I have no idea if the other rooms were full but moving us would have solved the problem. I found the lack of empathy a concern.

The best

Amazing location, beautiful views overlooking the mountains, centre of Tejeda. Restaurants and amazing sweet bakery up the street ! Parking within 5 minute walk.

To be improved

Some noise from adjacent rooms, also street below could be noisy at times, unfortunately i had an issue at check in regarding cleaning, this was quickly resolved the following day by the property owner. I think some small additions in the room such as some proper cups and basic cutlery etc would improve the experience and make it better value for money although it was good to have a private fridge and the kettle to use.
