Location was good. Near to city centre, shops and malls. Apartment was spacious and parking was easy

To be improved

Booked this for self catering and there was no utensils to do any cooking. The few that were there were very old. The oven and dryer was not working and the microwave was not in a good condition. There was not enough hot water for a family and not enough towels. There weren’t enough toiletries or facilities so we ended up spending our own money buying toilet paper, cooking utensils, cleaning materials and duvets. We stayed for 8 days and raised these issues with the owner who did not pick up our calls and did not respond to our messages even after we were told by booking.com he will contact us.
