“A lovely balcony, but small rooms and no welcome package.”

The location was great but I felt we were paying for the balcony and sea view. The host was friendly and sent us a list of recommendations of things to do.

To be improved

The accommodation was very small, especially the bedrooms and the towels were thin. It would have been nice to have some water in the fridge on arrival and some soap in the bathroom so that you could wash your hands after travelling so far.

“Cozy apartment by the beach”

The apartment is right by the beach and there's a small supermarket nearby. Perfect for a little getaway. Check-in was super easy and the communication was prompt and helpful. The place is equipped with a comfy sofa, nice balcony and a small kitchenette. It's fun to sit on the balcony for breakfast or dinner and watch the ocean. The apartment has one closet and a few racks for your clothes. The bathroom is small but has nice shower with good water temperature The building has two small elevators which is good if you are traveling with luggage. Next door is a great Coffee place called 'La Galga'

To be improved

Unfortunately there was no laundry machine, but the host told us that it's an issue with the Booking.com website. That's why the listing says there is one even though there isn't. Nonetheless, we were able to wash our clothes in a small laundromat after all. One more negative thing is the constant noise of the water pump motor in the building. It's quite loud, all day and all night. If you are a light sleeper this place may not be for you.

“A place to come back next time.”

Everything is very close, the location is very good. The views are exceptionally good. It is very comfortable for a maximum of 4 people. Internet conection very good speedy if you need to work to (movistar). It has three air conditioning units, one in each bedroom and another in the living room.

To be improved

No washing machine at all. Additionally, there are no laundromats in the area. The air conditioning unit in the living room is far from cooling effectively.

“The place is awful.”

This is a tiny apartment. It would be impossible for four adults to stay here comfortably. There is no room at all in the bedrooms as the beds filled the rooms. There were NO WARDROBES only a hanging rail which fell off the wall. Washing Machine listed in facilities but NOT AVAILABLE we were advised it was a booking error. When asked for a discount Pedro just shrugged his shoulders. Had to wait 24 hours for an extra key. The key didn't work properly. The bathroom was minute. Anyone bigger than size 16 would not be able to to turn around. The toaster was rusty. Fresh white paint on the curtains and two broken chairs on the patio. The cost was extortionate @ £1500 for one week. The pricing must have been a mistake and it was certainly a mistake staying there. I'm appalled and disgusted. It was a complete rip off. I intend to complain officially and seek a discount, refund or compensation.

Very very small apartment. Much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Tiny sofa. Not enough furniture for 4 people. Only 3 chairs on the balcony and one was broken. The apartment was difficult to get into as the lock is difficult to master. Minimal facilities. I would not recommend. Everything is done cheaply. Needs a total refurbishment. It’s a two person apartment.
