The location is the biggest asset of this property.

The apartment was dirty, and the bathroom smelled really bad. We had to buy products to clean the pipes that were full of hair and other stuff :(

The best

Nice inner city place by a small a park. Easy access to Mount Victoria to run/hike and there are several restaurants nearby that are not too “old town touristy”.

To be improved

Shower needs some love. It breaks my heart to see how the shower is spraying water everywhere and shower cubicle leaks water onto living room floor. Wooden skirt boards seem already rotting.
