The check-in process was extremely complicated. The online check-in required a lot of information that had already been provided during the booking. If you don’t have physical documents with you (only digital copies), you won’t be able to check in. If you don’t speak Spanish, it will be very difficult to fill in all the required fields. For older travelers, the check-in process can be a real challenge. We’ve traveled all over the world, and this was by far the most complicated check-in experience we've ever had. The listing mentioned there would be an iron in the apartment, which was important to us, as my wife needed to iron her dress before a concert. Unfortunately, there was no iron—only an ironing board, which made no sense. We tried calling the provided support number twice, but no one picked up, so don’t count on any help if you run into issues. There was no kettle either—neither electric nor regular. But the most important thing you should be aware of is the terrible sound insulation. When we arrived during the day, a dog on the floor above us was barking non-stop. After we came back from the concert around 1 a.m., the barking had stopped, but sleep was still impossible. Someone upstairs or next door was having very loud sex until about 3 a.m.—the bed was banging against the wall, the noise was intense, and the moaning was unbearable. If you're looking for a place to get proper rest, keep all of this in mind.

Suggest a note in the check-in machine that it won’t allow check in early. Reception hours - no one was there when the hours said there should be.

There was no electric kettle, and a wire for coffee machine

The Staff. When I got to the apartment, the wifi password they had writen there it had expired. Contacted the hotel through the booking App and never got an answer. Worse come after I left. I sent them an email asking for an invoice and got no reply. 3 days later sent a message through the App and no answer. After a week I conctacted Bookings Customer service, they tried to reach the hotel twice through emails and got no answer. A few days later they tried to call them and the phone goes to a different hotel (if you call after 15:00) that doesn't support this one. Finally, after the 4th contact from Bookings Customer service they managed to talk to someone and I got an invoice. Basically, if something goes wrong during your stay or you need something from the Hotel staff, you are on your own because there is no way to contact them (or they simply decide to ignore you).
