“Good location close to a beautiful beach, old but decent hotel apart from studios on the ground fl.”
The best

Hotel personnel were super helpful, though we weren’t the easiest guests, traveling with a 6-month old for the first time. Despite high season, they were able to offer an upgrade from studio to appartment. The location of a hotel is another strong side - it’s 10 min walk from a long and beautiful Cala Agulla beach (its remote part is one of the best spots on the island!)

To be improved

Avoid studios on the ground floor - these rooms are dark, wet, old, no view, no fresh air - you will not be able to open a window because there’s a million of mosquitos. Moving to a bigger apartment on the second floor saved our vacation, but the first week, accommodation-wise, was awful. Other than that everything’s fine, just note that the hotel is old and definitely not a 4 star.

“The room was clean and the pool had a variety of depths, so both children and adults had fun. The staff were all friendly and the facilities were clean. The location was good and the beach was about a 7-minute walk away, so I was able to have a good time with my children. The nearby beach was so pretty and wide, and it was great to play. · Cons: There was a kitchen, but other than that, it was very lacking in accessories. It was inconvenient because there were no pots of an appropriate size, dishwashing liquid, or sponges, and there were no seasonings or oils, so I had to buy them all, use them, and throw them away.”

Clean rooms with great views, comfortable beds, great shower, lovely pool with plenty of sun beds, friendly staff

To be improved

Air con not cold enough but may be adequate for others. Apartment felt around 20'C and we felt very hot at night. Maintenance did attend but did not come back. I think it might be set to minimum temp for the hotel above the 15'C on the thermostat.
