No air conditioning in the room. Only in the living room - and its not working so well so its actually very hot in the room and no air at all. If you open the window just to get some air cats just walk in to the room. When I told this to the manager she didn't do anything and just referred me to booking, she doesn't even check the reservation. The rooms are extremely old.

“Not bad for someone who doesn't usually stay at resorts”
This was our first time in Lanzarote and we booked this as a last minute stay when our other accommodation cancelled on us the day we arrived. We were very happy about location compared to our last place, we would walk to the Hippodino but realized that the shop onsite was nicely stocked with water and snacks if need. Rooms were clean and spacious and I really enjoyed manicured landscaping on property the with exotic plants . They had a Spa, bar, two pools, lots of lounging chairs for the sunshine, night time entertainment if you so fancy but wasnt our thing. We stayed in room 802 and it was pretty quiet for being an all ages resort. 15 mins to the beaches and a bit more for the seafront shopping, and restaurants. Buffet including drinks was very reasonably priced if you were in a pinch but food was just okay.
Only really French speaking. Not sure if its cultural or a language barrier but this the first time I have experienced unfriendly Reception staff. I felt like a more thorough orientation about what exactly we can or cannot partake in would of have been helpful or some info on the television in our room as a guide on the resort and what is happening day to day, things to explore. We would never get greeted hello, and they were usually sitting at the computer with their head down. Unhelpful as well as I asked where the free shuttle picks at playas doradas and they couldn't tell me so we always had to walk back on sore feet. Pool was only opened from 10-6pm, never saw the pool bar open. Shower was not draining properly so the shower matts would be sopping wet ! I tried to ask for more towels but they didn't really understand what I was saying.
