“A gem of hospitality that is simple and uncomplicated”

Cesar, was truly wonderful. He saved my stay in Madrid and assisted me to get to my next location. My cellphone was locked without international service. All of my tickets were blocked and without the use of the Internet I could not access my tablet. Cesar figured out how to transfer the information to his phone then print my tickets. He also made sure I knew how to catch my train and how to connect to the bus service. Being miles from home, anxious about traveling solo, limited understanding of the Spanish language and unsure of my surroundings it was both a relief and heart felt to have such friendship extended to me from a person I had just met. Truly will always remember his kindness

To be improved

I found the accommodations lovely. The single room was simple. At night I could open the window for a cool breeze. The sound of the locals enjoying the evening, music from the street performers and the birds in the morning was relaxing. Each night the white noise rocked me to sleep , each morning the day was greeted by birds and shops opening for the day. I read a review from another who found this to be aggravating. In the front room you will have this experience. It all depends on how you feel about background sound.
