The junior suite was a great size for two. The bed was very comfortable. It was very clean and with a very good little bathroom. The air conditioning was great in the bed area. The staff were excellent - friendly and accommodating and the fact the reception was 24 hours even in a small guest house such as this made it feel very secure. The staff - both daytime and evening, were very welcoming. The balcony was great for having a little breakfast.

To be improved

Would be better if there were some way of cooling in the suite other than in the bed area, as the air con doesn't reach round. A good fan would do the job :)

“Perfect for a couple of days exploring Madrid”
The best

Great location with a nice coffee shop right outside, walk to all the attractions, plus very close to a metro station. We had a lovely terrace room which was great for sitting out on in the evenings. The staff were very helpful and friendly

The floors were a bit dirty. Unfortunately, there was a tiny ant situation under the trim at deck door. Did their best to resolve it but the ants ended up returning after a product was used.
