-Drunk guests wandering the hallways - Sewers backed up some smell of excrement in the bathroom - A staff member called “Abdel” burst into our room at 1AM (without knocking and completely ignoring the Do Not Disturb sign) to let a drunk stranger into our room who had forgotten which room they were in - Abdel then also claimed that “according to the system, noone was in this room” - Abdel then laughed in my face when I confronted him for his actions - We checked out immediately and received no form of apology from the hotel.

The room’s bathroom was disappointing - shower was old and had a cracked floor. It did not feel very clean and was also very small. The pool was also a bit dirty but I can understand it was because of the crowds.

I had particularly asked for a quiet room away from other guests. It was a I-need-to-relax trip. To my big suprise, I was placed right next to one of the two facilies with a little baby, who I had the pleasure to hear crying, and the dad coughing. On reminding the property about this, I was told I had been updated from a single room to a double room, which I suppose I should have been happy about AND shut up. I also disliked being scolded in the restaurant right upon arrival. I should have waited at the entrance, waiting to be placed but I didn't apparently. There was no sign saying so and the receptionist didn't mention anything at the check-in. Nothing was written on the welcome note either. Perhaps the fault was mine: I shouldn't have asked where I could sit, I should have just sat down!
