The 7th Corner, hugh apartment ideal for groups

The climb to apartment due to one of our part had health issue.

I don’t recommend this apartment due to the attitude of the host. It was rented for 8 students who did not smoke, make noise, or hold parties, only cooking a few times. During cooking, the lights went out and the circuit breaker tripped, indicating a weak electrical system. On the last day, the cleaner entered at exactly 11 a.m. at check-out time with her keys. The students didn’t finish cleaning the kitchen, which was messy after cooking. They delayed check-out by 30 minutes to assist the cleaner and take down the garbage but the cleaning lady took pictures of the flat which the owner sent me next day, saying that they keep 100 euros of the deposit, because the towels were dirty and cleaning was incomplete, despite there being not enough towels for 8 people for 5 days. Besides, dirty laundry is normal and shouldn’t justify withholding the deposit, which should only cover damages. I pointed out that keeping 100 euros for dirty towels isn’t proportional or valid. After long negotiations, where the host kept unkind attitude, they offered to return 50 euros ONLY if we left at least 7-star review BEFOREHAND which feels unfair and unprofessional. The full deposit was held without proper reason. Overall, the host was unreasonable, unfair, and unpolite in communication.

However, the cleanliness could have been better, and some basic supplies were missing, which was a bit inconvenient. In addition, two of the rooms have single beds, which made difficult accommodating 2 persons.

Old plumbing, old furniture. The sewerage in one of the bathrooms is leaking, you have to wipe the water off the floor all the time.
