“Exceptional”
The best

Location is perfect, close to a relatively quiet beach (next to the dog's beach). Not so many tourists, though close to Valencia, Sagunt Castle, Sant Josep Caves. The building has an underground parking (separate parking place was provided), a swimming pool (sometimes a bit crowded) and padel courts that can be booked. Apartment is clean, it has 2 bedrooms (1 big bed + 2 small beds for children), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and WC), a big kitchen combined with a living room (1 more sleeping place), a big terrace with a great panoramic mountains/city/see view.
