The Best Holiday

We were met at the property by the host who handed over the keys. The apartment was spotless clean with everything we needed to hand, We have stayed in this area before so we knew the location was close to everything. Overall a nice apartment that is good for a winter break.

The accommodation offered an exceptionally well-equipped setup. If you enjoy cooking, there is a wide selection of pans, bowls, and pots in various sizes, and many basic ingredients such as salt and pepper, oil, vinegar, and chili powder are already provided. The apartment also has multiple power strips and socket converters, so you don’t need to bring or buy any yourself, saving space in your suitcase. I didn’t have to bring a hairdryer either, as the one in the bathroom works well! The bathroom amenities are also very extensive, with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available, as well as sunscreen in different strengths. If you leave these items out of your luggage, you could easily travel with just hand luggage, saving you the trouble of dealing with liquids at airport security. The whole apartment is spacious, and you never feel like there isn't enough room. The building has two elevators, so you never have to wait long for one. The apartment is perfectly located for people who enjoy a lively atmosphere in the evenings, as it is right in the heart of Playa de Las Americas. However, being on the 6th floor means you're not bothered much by noise at night. The party area is 3 minutes away, the beach is 5 minutes, the nearest supermarket (Dualprix) is 1 minute, and there are also 2-3 24-hour kiosks within 1-2 minutes. Everything you need is within a 3-minute walk. Additionally, there are several restaurants and snack bars within 200 meters of the apartment. Communication with Elena and Vadim was excellent—direct, fast, and always helpful! I would book this apartment again every time and highly recommend it to anyone!

Clean apartment with a lot of nice additional things you do not expect to have but it's nice that it's there. Super nice host and close to everything

Fantastic apartment, clean, spacious, great location, lovely view from the balcony. Definitely gonna book here again next year couldn’t recommend it enough.
